If the focal point is not found, you should check the following

- Check the naming, and the organization name, user email…etc.
- If point 1 is met, most probably the focal point is not registered in the service mapping database
and you have to create for them a new form as follows:

- From the section service mapping section press on New button where a new window will open showing the details that should be filled for this new focal point

- After filling the main page, press on save and then go the bottom of the page and press on
the blue labeled service details, a new page will open in order to fill the service details, reenter the already saved user and continue filling the remaining data.
