As part of our support to RIMS users in getting increasingly familiar and comfortable with using RIMS, the RIMS team developed the user support materials to support you in your daily usage of RIMS:

1. 1. RIMS User Guidelines “PDF, Doc.”: A step-by-step document that clearly shows the user how to send, receive and follow up on referrals when using RIMS. These user guidelines also include tutorial videos to support you with each step of your referral on RIMS.

   2. RIMS Tutorial Videos: these videos can also be accessed outside the RIMS user manual both in English and in Arabic.

Support – Technical Log File: RIMS users are encouraged to reach out to the DRC IM/RIMS Team via email for technical support, attaching this Technical Log File with all relevant details of the technical support needed. The RIMS Technical Support Focal Point within each partner organization is also an important resource to troubleshoot technical issues faced on RIMS.
