Anticipatory Report: Effective Humanitarian Response to Beirut Blast Requires Efficient Referral Pathways

This report aims to anticipate gaps in referral pathways for the Beirut Blast, and provides key recommendations to mitigate them, in order for all actors working on the Beirut Blast to work towards improving the effectiveness of referrals, and with the ultimately objective of ensuring better access to services for those affected by the blast.
